The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between AGMT Foods Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at Vill Roja Yakubupur, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which manages and operates https://www.FarmRush.in/ and its mobile application, website, tablet, and desktop platforms (collectively referred to as the “FarmRush Platform”), and any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the FarmRush Platform in any manner (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “customer”) or avails any current or future service, functionality, or offer made available on the FarmRush Platform (“Service(s)”), as updated from time to time.

By using the FarmRush Platform, you explicitly agree to abide by these Terms. If you find these Terms unacceptable, you may refrain from using the FarmRush Platform. Please ensure your FarmRush Wallet is topped up or place an order if you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions regarding the Terms, please contact us. Note that your access to the Services, other platforms, or utilization of Products (as defined below), offers, or promotions related to the Products provided by us or our affiliates, may also be governed by additional terms, policies, or guidelines (“Additional Terms”) along with these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will take precedence for the specific Service or Product.

These Terms govern your use of the FarmRush Platform and any transactions or dealings conducted thereon.

For the purposes of these Terms:
(a) “Products” refer to groceries, including fresh supplies like dairy, fruits, vegetables, fast-moving consumer goods, and other products offered for sale on the FarmRush Platform.
(b) “We” and “you” are individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”

Account and Registration Requirements

To place orders on the site, all shoppers must register and log in. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account and registration details are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate communications regarding your purchases.

By accepting the terms and conditions, you consent to receive promotional communications and newsletters upon registration. You may opt out of these communications at any time by unsubscribing through the "My Account" section or by reaching out to customer service.

Pricing

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

 The free item offer will no longer be valid once promotional codes are applied.

Order Cancellation by Site or Customer

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before the cut-off time for the selected delivery slot by contacting our customer service team. In such cases, any payments you have made for the order will be refunded.
• Cancellation by the Site: If we detect any fraudulent activity or transactions that violate the terms and conditions of using our website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion.
• Fraud Prevention: We maintain a record of fraudulent transactions and customers in a negative list. Customers on this list may be denied access to our services or have their orders canceled.

Updated Return Policy
•    Return at Delivery: We offer a "no-questions-asked" return and refund policy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it during delivery. The returned product will be collected, and a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product will be issued to your FarmRush account. This credit can be applied to your future purchases.
•    Post-Delivery Returns: Returns and refunds requested after delivery are subject to approval following a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. For such requests, please reach out through the self-service option on the FarmRush app or contact our customer service team.

The credit note will be added to your FarmRush account or Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

You Agree and Confirm

• Responsibility for Non-Delivery: You acknowledge that if a non-delivery occurs due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect name, address, or other details), any additional costs incurred by AGMT Foods Pvt. Ltd. for re-delivery may be charged to you.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the services offered by the Site, its affiliates, consultants, and partners only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using or transacting on the Site.
• Providing Accurate Information: You commit to providing accurate and truthful information whenever requested. AGMT Foods Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify and validate your information at any time. If your details are found to be false (in whole or in part), AGMT Foods Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, cancel your registration and restrict your access to the services or affiliated websites without prior notice.
• Authorization to Contact: You authorize FarmRush to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order or account.
• Risk and Judgment: You agree to use the services on this Site and transact at your own risk, exercising prudent judgment before entering into any transaction.
• Accurate Delivery Address: You ensure that the delivery address provided for your order is correct and complete in all respects.
• Reviewing Product Descriptions: You agree to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order. By placing an order, you accept the terms of sale specified in the product’s description.
