Shipping and Delivery Time: All the ordered items will be delivered next day between 5AM-10AM.

Updated Return Policy

  • Return at Delivery: We offer a "no-questions-asked" return and refund policy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it during delivery. The returned product will be collected, and a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product will be issued to your FarmRush account. This credit can be applied to your future purchases.
  • Post-Delivery Returns: Returns and refunds requested after delivery are subject to approval following a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. For such requests, please reach out through the self-service option on the FarmRush app or contact our customer service team.
  • As per your convenience we will process the refunds  to the original payment method or Farmrush account. This will be completed within 7 working days.
